If there is a problem with your order, contact Rhodes Office Furniture at (214) 634-8000 within 24 hours of receipt. You may also contact us via e-mail at info@rhodesop.com. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.  *Notification during delivery will help insure prompt resolution. 

If you change your mind about a stock item, your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 20% of the purchase price and you will be responsible for return and delivery charges. Exchanges must be received in original condition within 10 days. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment. Check and cash payments will be returned via a refund check or Rhodes Office Furniture Credit and must be used within 30 days.

We encourage you to thoroughly examine all items upon receipt.
